You will select one time/section on the sign-up form:
6:00am-7:30am (primarily football players) *SECTION FULL
7:30am-9:00am (primarily for incoming freshmen) *SECTION FULL
9:00am-10:30am (open to all)
Learn how to use every piece of equipment safely and effectively
Focus on agility, speed, flexibility, and power development
Start healthy nutrition habits
Learn injury prevention & recovery techniques
Increase confidence, self-esteem, and work ethic
Develop your social and leadership skills through exercise
1/4 credit can be earned with full participation

Unable to attend? The Fitness Center has open hours for students during the summer: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 7am-noon.
